Here are a few of the things that we do to try and leave the place as we found it.
- Energy - the chalets have efficient appliances and lighting.
- Waste - all chalet waste is sorted and as much as possible is recycled.
- Food - we source meat and cheese from our local farmers and bread from our local bakers.
- Resources - we reduce, reuse and recycle in that order.
