It is always a good idea to reserve your transport / transfers at time of booking in order to get the best prices. The train can be very practical if you live near London as it cuts out waiting time at the airport and the transfer at the other end of your journey. If you are not close to London it may be easier to fly. In order to help you book the best flights we have included some general journey planning advice below:
There is only one way into and out of the valley. As such, the route from Albertville to Moutiers and Bourg St. Maurice can get very busy on Saturdays. Obviously the worst of this occurs over the peak holiday periods. In order to avoid the traffic and potential delays we recommend early flights in both directions.
When you book your travel please bear in mind that you are unable to access the chalet before 10am on arrival day and your rooms will be ready for you at 4pm. You must check out by 10am on departure day but we are able to store your bags for you until early evening.
